Refund policy

Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return window. To be eligible, items must be in the same condition as received, and in original protective packaging with proof of purchase. To initiate a return, please start a return request here. Items must be mailed no later than 5 days from receiving the return label to be eligible for a refund. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.  

Exchange Policy
We offer a 30-day exchange window. To be eligible, items must be in the same condition as received, and in original protective packaging with proof of purchase. To initiate an exchange, please start an exchange request here.

Note: Once we receive your clock back, we'll create your exchange order and ship your replacement out to you. Please note that the end-to-end process can take up to a month from the time you send your clock back.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if there are any issues with your item, such as defects or wrong items received, so we can address the problem promptly.

Non-returnable Items
Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return.

Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if the refund is approved. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed and you haven't received your refund, please reach out to us at support@rutsubarefoot.us.

Canadian Customers
Returns and exchanges are accepted, but customers are responsible for arranging and paying for their own return shipping to us. Once the product is received and inspected, a full refund of the product price will be issued.

For exchanges, customers must return the original clock at their own cost. The new product will be shipped once the return has been received and confirmed. Please initiate a request for a return or exchange here.

Please note: We are only able to process returns, refunds, or exchanges for orders placed directly through our official website. Purchases made in store or through third-party retailers must be handled by the original seller.
