Shipping policy

Processing

All orders are processed + shipped within 1-3 business days. Please allow for additional processing time around major sales or during holidays.

We are unable to make changes once an order is placed, however if you need help, please email support@rutsubarefoot.us with as many details as possible and we'll try our best to help. Our customer care team is available Monday through Friday only.

Standard Shipping

Once picked up and scanned by our carrier, transit times range 5-10 business days, depending on shipping delivery destination.

You will receive your shipping confirmation email as soon as a label is created for your order, and the tracking status of your shipment may take up to 48 hours once a label has been created.

Once your order leaves our hands, it’s in the care of the shipping carrier. While we’ll always do our best to support you, please know that delivery times, tracking updates, and final handoff are managed by the carrier and are outside of our control. We are not responsible for missing or stolen packages and cannot replace these at this time.

If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the delivery carrier directly for further assistance.

Expedited Shipping

Want to change your morning routine ASAP? We offer UPS 2nd Day Air within the contiguous US for that very reason for a flat rate of $37. We ask that you please apply our 1-3 business day window for processing to plan accordingly.

Orders placed with UPS 2nd Day Air will arrive within two business days once shipped from our warehouse. Orders placed on Thursday or Friday with UPS 2nd Day Air will likely arrive the following Monday or Tuesday, and will not arrive Saturday or Sunday.

This is our carrier's shipping policy, and once a package is shipped from our warehouse, delivery is unfortunately out of our hands. For more info or help with your order, email our Customer Care team at support@rutsubarefoot.us.

International Shipping

We currently offer international shipping to Canada, at a flat rate of $10. All orders to Canada are shipped via FedEx and transit times range 2-7 days.

For our European customers, we have a limited number of clocks stocked at L'avant Gardiste in France. You can view them here.
